Probleem
In Beheer – Koppelingen – Anvamail (pad BOM) zijn de gegevens ingevuld voor het authenticatieprotocol OAuth2. Tijdens het authenticeren (token ophalen) komt de foutmelding 'Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in'. En in de uitleg staat 'Application with identifier 'lang nummer' was not found in the directory 'tenant''.
Oorzaak
De waarde bij OAuth2 Client ID is niet juist.
Oplossing
Haal de juiste OAuth2 Client ID op van het Azure-portaal van Microsoft.
